Program Supervisor (CBA)
Ashley has completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) at Monash University and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence for being the top graduating student of the year. She has also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and completed honours in psychology (with first class honours).
Ashley currently holds a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) credential. With over ten years of experience she has worked one-on-one with children across a variety of settings and goals. This robust experience in supporting a large number of clients, Ashley believes, strengthens her ability to write effective ABA programs and provide effective training to therapists, parents, teachers and other allied health professionals. Ashley is also a Behaviour Support Practitioner and can provide Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS registered participants.
Ashley has a tremendous passion for the science of applied behaviour analysis and is dedicated to ensuring the interventions she provides are evidence based and encompass the principles of ‘today’s ABA’.
